Elegant Wedding at Tribeca Rooftop Hotel in New York City

There’s something undeniably magical about a rooftop wedding in New York City—and this one at Tribeca Rooftop was nothing short of that! Stevie and Joe started their wedding at the iconic St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City followed by an amazing reception!

With sweeping skyline views, a chic industrial vibe, and stunning floral details, this day was the perfect blend of elegance and modern romance. I was lucky enough to create one of my favorite pieces to date: a three-piece mirror seating chart that stood tall and made a major statement as guests entered the reception space.

*these mirrors stood so tall, I had to use a step stool to get to the top!

New York City Wedding Signage

The Vision

The couple wanted something that felt elevated, timeless, and cohesive with their black-tie celebration. We landed on large gold-framed mirrors that which the bride picked out herself! These mirrors were such a statement on their own but they stood tall and complemented the venue’s architecture while adding a hint of old New York glamour.

Each mirror displayed beautifully lettered guest names alphabetically, using a mix of my signature modern calligraphy style and print along with their signature monogram taken directly from their invitation suite! (hello cohesive design!)

I absolutely love making mirror seating charts! They are not only functional—they’re show-stoppers. They reflect the space around them, adding depth and drama! These mirrors were paired beautifully with florals done by Blossom and Bee Florals, candles, and soft lighting. The different sizing of these mirrors added an great level of character!

When done right, mirrors can completely elevate the ambiance of your wedding design.
